No. LoyalKit uses Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are already installed on virtually every smartphone. Customers scan your shop's QR code, fill in their name and phone number on a short web form, and tap to add the card. There is no separate LoyalKit customer app.

No. LoyalKit runs entirely separately from your POS. You keep ringing up sales the way you do today; we just give you a scanner page to stamp the customer's wallet card after the sale.
